Meet Mary Tibbetts
While people flipped through my work in magazines, I was having a hell of a time finding myself. I was exhausted, burned out, decisions felt heavy, and the pressure to deliver more felt less like success and more like a punch in the gut. Where was the person who loved her business? The curious leader who created beautiful experiences and had a ton of fun doing it?
That’s when it hit me: whether you run a small business or lead a big organization, everyone suffers when your capacity and clarity collapses. I got to work building tools and strategies to help myself and others protect their energy, build capacity and boundaries, and make better business decisions while they lead, work, or care for their people.
Now on the stage and in the boardroom, I share these messy moments with leaders, teams, healthcare professionals, educators, business owners, military spouses and more. No filters or masks: I’m grounded, honest, and practical. A little humour and sarcasm doesn’t hurt either.

Alongside my work with leaders and organizations, I’m deeply committed to supporting the multiple sclerosis community. I’m the founder of the MS Nation Community Foundation, a grassroots nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals and families living with MS feel supported, connected, and less alone.
Living with multiple sclerosis has shaped how I see resilience, responsibility, and community. Through MS Nation, I work to create spaces, resources, and support for people navigating life with this disease.
Giving back through this work is one of the most meaningful parts of my journey.

When I step on stage, my goal is simple: help leaders protect their energy, build real capacity, and make better decisions under pressure. No buzzwords. Just practical tools that stick.
